Brothers & sisters…, after nursing it for months finally my Moon Orchid or Moth Orchid (Phalaenopsis amabilis) shows its beautiful blooms. I have had this particular orchid for years, it didn’t bloom for more than a year because simply I was too busy doing something else. A few months ago I started to take care of it, by moving it to a new spot and spray it with fertilizer every weekend. A month ago I started to see the result, it gets healthier every day. A new leave came out also many new healthy roots started to appear.

Now, here it is, one of the bulbs is already blooming and surely will be followed by other bulbs. I love moth orchid because it is beautiful and the flowers can stay for months. Take a look at my first few photographs I took this afternoon.
