Fruits for breakfast

My today’s breakfast is mango, cantaloupe and red dragon fruit. I have been having fruits for my weekdays breakfast for the last few months. For weekends I usually have bread and occasionally noodles or rice.

With that I’ve lost 4 kilos during the first month and maintain the same weight (which I think is the ideal weight for me) as of now.
