Brothers & sisters…., I have been consuming fruits for my breakfast for the last 4 months. I have it only on workdays, during weekends usually I have other than fruits such as breads, noodles, even McDonald’s breakfast menus. I have my daily lunch and dinner as usual, only I as much as possible avoid having fat in my menus, not always successful but it works.
After the first month of having combination of fruits for breakfast I lost 4 kilos, then additional 1 kilos after the second month. After that I maintain constant weight which I think is ideal for me (165 cm / 67 kg).
Sure I do exercise as much as I can, bicycling, motorcycling and light weight lifting just to keep myself lean and healthy. You may try, it surely works for me.
