Fruits for daily breakfast – various mix is neccessary for more vitamin and taste

Brothers & sisters…., now I am geting used to having fruits for my daily breakfast. To get the most of the nutrients, my wife always changes the fruits combination / mix every day. Each fruit has its own nutrients / vitamin, mixing the fruits will give more complete vitamin from natural sources for your body.

Well, by changing the fruits combination every day is also to avoid you geting bored. No matter how good and delicious your food is, if you have the same thing every day soon you will get bored.
