Let’s start our new day with fresh natural healthy food

Brothers & sisters…., dulu saya sering dengar jangan makan buah pagi-pagi, nanti sakit perut. Saya sudah beberapa bulan tiap pagi (kecuali Sabtu & Minggu) hanya sarapan buah. Ternyata tidak pernah sakit perut, bahkan merasa tetap sehat. Buah kaya serat dan vitamin alami, tentunya bagus untuk tubuh kita. Selamat mencoba.

    Iya , bahkan katanya orang dulu. Jangan makan buah kalo belum makan nasi. Ehh ternyata mitos Menurut kesehatan justru disarankan buah dulu sebelum makanan berat.
