Healthy breakfast : dragon fruit, star fruit, sunkist, papaya all are rich in natural vitamin and mineral

Brothers & sisters…., I am glad still be able to continue having fruits as my breakfast. Has been going on for many months now. I believe having fruits for my diet will result in good health for my body. Just check out what I have in these two days, dragon fruit, star fruit, sunkist /orange, papaya all of those fruit are rich in natural vitamins ( A, B, B3, C ) and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnecium, etc. So, give it a try and be healthy.
