Brothers & sisters…., saya diminta untuk menghindari makanan tertentu terutama yang mengandung kolestrol tinggi. Tetapi ketika berhadapan dengan makanan lezat seperti di bawah ini, rasanya tak berdaya untuk menolak. Apalagi all you can eat & gratis. 
Today I failed to resist the above delicious food. In fact not only those two plates, there were still many others. Feeling guilty I think I’ll do some exercise tonight to compensate the calories in today. Wish me luck.
