Parapat and Lake Toba beautiful scenery

Brothers & sisters…., just want to share my photographs of Parapat & Lake Toba, the place I always love to visit.

Parapat photographed from a ferry taking me to Samosir island

Lake Toba photographed early in the morning.

One of fish farms belongs to local people

Ajibata, close to Parapat, viewed from offshore Lake Toba

One of my favorite photo spot

Boats are the main transportation for people crossing Lake Toba. Photographed from Danau Toba International Cottage

Heavy cloud covering the mountain that morning.

Lake Toba is the biggest caldera lake in Indonesia, it is very beautiful from every side. Located in a high altitude gives you really nice cool breeze every day, can get even cooler at night.

There are plenty of great places to visit around lake Toba, I will share some of them that I visited just recently in my next posts.

I’ve never been there even though my hometown is not that far from Toba Lake, maybe about 500Km..

Oh, yeah, that’s actually seems quite far 😀
